MEET THE HARPERS, JOE & KAILA.

We’re Joe and Kaila Harper, a Colorado and UK based wedding photography and videography duo with over a decade of experience working in fashion and photography. Our approach to weddings is documentary led, with an editorial eye shaped by years spent in fashion, bringing a considered sense of composition, movement, and style to moments as they naturally unfold.

Working across analogue, digital photography, and Super 8, we’re drawn to honest, artful imagery that feels full of life. We’re always observing what’s happening around us, allowing the day to unfold naturally and stepping in with gentle guidance only when needed. We want you to feel present and comfortable, while still creating imagery that feels elevated and true to you.

Based between Colorado and the UK, we photograph weddings across both sides of the Atlantic and beyond, for couples drawn to thoughtful storytelling, strong imagery, and a more relaxed approach.
